Sculptor working

Finishing a piece of good detail and good presentation is a difficult task, especially for this artist, who is running one of his smaller works, trying not to get out of the details. It is a special sculpture for one of his relatives, dedicated to the dances that always made underwater, so it is not strange posture of this figure. For him, it is a huge fascination for every basic aspect of the morphology of its kind, loving the important details in each piece, feeling that are capturing a special moment and freezing it for the admiration of many. But behind these features, a complex story is hiding among the time, which led to this great artist and its entire species to where are. 

The story of his kind has started more than 70 million years ago with the appearance of one of strangest type of theropod that have existed, the Spinosaurs, specialized piscivores with huge croc-like jaw, one large claw in each hand, and in many species, long spine sails. Among many of its members, there was the largest land carnivorous that would have existed; however, these giants saw an end about 60 million years ago, although it was not the destination for others of its clade, because some smaller varieties better equipped survived the minor changes. Following this, the earth ran its course as such, and the ancestors of our brilliant sculptor followed, conquering the ocean, and becoming a fully marine group, characterized by the development of specialized sails, long front legs, and a short tail. The world again had a new risk with the events of approximately 35 million years ago; however, they were nothing more than some small eruptions of basalt around Indian... and nothing else. After that, their main ancestors began to develop a well-developed intellectual and cognitive abilities, being able to create language, convey ideas, build tools, coming on land to produce fire, and thus inaugurating a new era of the planet. 

For the sculptor, this story still remains unknown, its civilization has just begun to enter into a deeper development of the natural sciences, and what he know is through his religious beliefs. However, that does not take away the pleasure of admiring the ways that his species can do, for him, the body is the masterpiece of the creation...

To explain something, the dates are concerning the viewpoint of the natural history of the species of the sculptor, these sapients appear in the oligocene, around 30 million years ago in our timeline.
